Jacque Whaumbush

Jacque Whaumbush is a native of Philadelphia, born and raised in the Northeast. Jacque has 24 years of service to the City of Philadelphia, following in his father’s footsteps. His father was the former Chief handwriting and fingerprint expert for the Philadelphia Police Crime Laboratory. His father is currently under consideration for induction into the African American Museum of the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C. After attending Temple University he married his college sweet heart and former homecoming queen Angela Long. Jacque and Angela have three children Jacque III 20, Ransford 19, both who attend Area College’s in the city and Bianca 16 who is attending an area catholic girls school. For the past twenty years Jacque and Angela have dedicated themselves to the rearing of their children. The Whaumbush’s live in the Andorra section of the city.

Jacque has been an active member of his community for more than 40 years having served as state President of Youth and College for the NAACP. Jacque is a past president of the Philadelphia Young Democrats and a Masonic brother of Mount Lebanon #9. He is currently a member of the Democratic State Committee, PA Sheriff’s Association, PA Society, National Sheriff’s Association and also a member of International Counter Terrorism Association.
