Mr. Anthony Murphy, the Executive Director of Operation Town Watch Integrated Services for the City of Philadelphia returns to Between the Minutes! Anthony is a true pioneer and driving force behind the success of the program. Mr. Murphy in his own right comes from a very diverse background starting with his tremendous work throughout the City of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods, schools, and his efforts in making the Town Watch Integrated Services the best operation in the country.
